Continuing learning in making Crystal Report reports, in this tutorial I will share ways to handle crystal report reports when called on the application but the data is blank or blank.

Blank or No Report Data Appears or Report Blank usually appears or occurs when you make a report using data that has a date. Examples are Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly Reports. So when you run the application and choose a date or month or year later in Run, the results are not in accordance with the wishes or not in accordance with reports that have been made previously.
Then what is the solution?
The step is, you open your Crystal Report report file.
Click File - Options
Select Reporting - In the Convert Date-Time field, usually the default is: To Date-Time
Then you change to To Date like the picture above
If you have run the steps above, please try again.
Did the data appear?
If you still can't. You can Click File
Select Reports Options
Then change it to To Date as shown below
If you have done the 2 steps above, please run the Project again. Data should have appeared.
